Le tribunal estime d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019un constat unilat\u00e9ral d\u2019un agent de Sibelga dans un rapport n\u2019est pas suffisant pour prouver la fraude : il doit \u00eatre confirm\u00e9 par d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments probants.<\/p>\n
